Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) After receiving your order conformation email, you will receive another notification when you order has shipped.
Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. Additional processing time is needed for made to order products.
We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed. if you've entered the wrong shipping address during checkout, please contact us immediately at Customercare. If the order has been shipped, we will re-ship your package once we receive it back from the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost due to address error.
Shipping rates.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping within the U.S, if you would like expedited shipping, you can choose that option during checkout.
We do not refund or pay for shipping costs. If you receive a refund. We will deduct the amount it costs to ship your order to you.
In- store pickup.
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
We are currently shipping to the following countries: U.S and Canada.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Light126 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to track its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact us at customercare with your name and order number, and we will look into it further.
Damages.
All orders are packaged with care and inspected prior to leaving our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customercare within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well. Avoid leaving packages containing candles on your porch once they've been delivered Candles can melt in extreme heat. Please bring your package in immediately. We are not liable for damages caused by heat exposure.
Lost or stolen packages.
Once shipped, an order and the tracking information is outside of our control, if your package is missing, please contact your carrier first to report your package missing.
We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
